During the reporting and election meeting of the trade union committee of the RSE “GISHAGI”, the report on the work of the trade union committee for the period from January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2021, the election of the audit commission, the election of the chairman and the new composition of the trade union committee was considered.
On April 15, 2021, the survey expeditions of GISHAGI consisting of 30 people left for field decryption. The purpose of the expedition is to fulfill the state task on agricultural mapping. The main work of the survey expedition includes the decoding of agricultural contours and objects on aerial photographs and photoplanes in the field.
Field research-decryption is a very important, very responsible and time-consuming process among the works on the creation of agricultural maps. In the process of decryption, objects and contours of the terrain to be photographed are identified and drawn on the aerial survey materials with appropriate conventional signs in compliance with the requirements of generalization. This field study provides comprehensive information about the condition, purpose and use of agricultural land. Also, the quality of the manufactured plan depends to a large extent on the accuracy of determining the position of terrain objects from the photo image, the reliability and completeness of their characteristics.
To carry out work on decryption, IE No. 1 was sent to the territories of the Syrdarya, Zhalagash and Karmakshinsky districts of the Kyzylorda region, while IE No. 2 went to the territories of West Kazakhstan, Aktobe, Kostanay, North Kazakhstan and Pavlodar regions. A number of tasks for the participants of survey expeditions also include work on the planned high-altitude binding of aerial photographs and determining the coordinates of points on the Earth’s surface using geodetic GPS satellite receivers. It is worth noting that a medical examination of all participants of the expeditions was carried out in advance and vaccinations against encephalitis were made. The expeditions are provided with all the necessary materials: raw materials, overalls, equipment and transport.
