K.S. Syzdykov was born on July 6, 1965 in the village of Novorossiysk, Sovetsky district, North Kazakhstan region.
In 1988 he graduated from the Omsk Agricultural Institute named after S.M. Kirov with a degree in Geodesy, in 2003 he graduated from S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University with a degree in Law and in 2020 from the Kazakh University of Railways with a degree in Economics.
K.S. Syzdykov began his career in 1980 as a tractor driver of a wide profile Kiyalinsky SPTU-50, Kiyaly village.
