Azizov Eldar Alikovich was born on March 14, 1986.
In 2008 he graduated from K.I. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University with a degree in Geodesy and Cartography, in 2011 he graduated from the University of International Business (University of International Business) He graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian University with a degree in Finance and received a Master's degree in Technical Sciences in 2015.
E. Azizov has worked in the field of land relations, geodesy and cartography for more than 12 years. He started his career in 2009.
From 2009 to 2012, he worked as a cartographer, an aerial geodesist of the Department of Remote Sensing of the Earth of the RSE "Kazgeokart" of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Land Management, from 2012 to 2013 he worked as the chief expert of the Department of Geodesy, Cartography and Geodetic Control of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Land Management.
From 2013 to 2014, he worked as the chief specialist of the Department of Geodesy and Cartography of the Department of Regulation of Land Relations and Geodesy of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From March to June 2014, he was Deputy Director-Chief engineer of the branch "Saltustikgeodesia" of the RSE "Kazgeodesia" of the Land Management Committee.
From 2014 to 2018, he worked as the director of the branch of the RSE "Kazgeodesia" "Saltustikgeodesia" of the Land Management Committee.
From 2018 to 2020, he worked as the General Director of Dives Group LLP.
From 2020 to 2021, he worked as the head of the production and technical department of the RSE "GISHAGI" of the Land Management Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since July 2021, Deputy Director of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "State Institute of Agricultural Aerial Geodesic Surveys (GISHAGI)" of the Committee on Land Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
