Public Association “Professional Union of Employees of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management “State Institute of Agricultural Aerial Geodesic Surveys (GISHAGI)” of the Committee for Land Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Trade Union), a voluntary public association of workers of the Enterprise, created to protect their labor and socio-economic rights and interests, and also protection and improvement of working conditions.
All employees of the Enterprise are members of the Trade Union.  Over the current year, the trade union committee has held a large number of diverse events: a dining room is fully equipped, where employees of the enterprise can have lunch in comfortable conditions, such board games as air hockey, table football, as well as tennis tables with table tennis sets, where any employee can relax and spend pleasant leisure time with colleagues.
According to the survey results, yoga classes with a master’s call to the organization, weekly football matches with the rental of a football field were organized for the female half of the employees of the RSE “GISHAGI”.
Over the past period, a number of employees have been awarded the badges “Kasipodakka sinirgen enbegi ushin”, “Honorary Cartographer”, “Honorary Surveyor”.
Congratulations to veterans on May 9 and other holidays with gifts are organized. A concert program has been organized for the day of March 8. Financial assistance was provided to employees in need for the “Knowledge Day – September 1” to purchase school supplies for children. Also, in order to raise the coprorative spirit, the trade union committee annually conducts team-building events in nature, provides vouchers for therapeutic and preventive sanatorium-resort recreation.
Trade Union members were directly involved in the development and elaboration of constructive proposals for further improvement of the Collective Agreement.
The purpose of the Trade Union is:
– development of a system of social and labor relations at the Enterprise, maximally contributing to its stable and productive work, successful long-term development;
– establishment of social and labor rights and guarantees that improve the situation of Employees in comparison with the current legislation;
– improving the standard of living of employees and their families;
– creation of a favorable psychological climate in the team;
– practical implementation of the principles of social partnership and mutual responsibility of Employees and the Enterprise.
The management of the Enterprise supported the petition initiated by the Trade Union for an increase in wages.
There is a lot of work ahead to improve the working conditions of the Company’s employees!
